Touched by the smoke and flame, this one-of-a-kind hand built rattle art/object was fired in an open-air sawdust and wood kiln with a combination of organic materials and metals that flash and fume creating the beautiful coloring and dramatic surface and painted with an eye on one side and snake on the opposite. When given movement or shaken, it makes a gentle percussive sound.
