Touched by the smoke and flame, this wheel thrown vessel was fired in an open-air sawdust and wood kiln with a combination of organic materials and metals that flash and fume creating the beautiful coloring and dramatic surfaces. A copper patina lunar ring is painted on one side and the other a ghost flower left behind by the smoke and flame. A truly unique and special vessel.
